Which makes of mobile phone do you cover?

We cover all makes and models of mobile phones. But they must be under 6 months old and not have been purchased from an online auction site. You must also have proof of purchase, for example, the receipt.

I have insurance with you, how do I claim?

Simply email or call, whichever you prefer. The claims department can be contacted on 0871 222 1130 and their direct email address is claims@supercoverinsurance.com

My phone has been lost or stolen, what should I do now?

Phone your network provider straight away, and always within 12 hours to get the SIM card blocked and a replacement SIM card sent out to you. Contact the police within 24 hrs to report the theft or loss and gain a reference number from them relating to the theft or loss. Call the claims department on 0871 222 1130 or email claims@supercoverinsurance.com straight away to get your claim rolling.
