In this article, you will find not only that is this frame of mind appreciated but also catered to with the clearly written advice provided by experts in the field who want to see you excel.

As an internet marketer in general, you need to understand one point about the business: Mobile marketing isn’t just an option, it’s actually a necessity. Mobile aps have experienced over 200% growth in recent years, making this industry one of the fastest-growing on the planet in the past few decades. You need to consider going mobile if you haven’t gone already.

Use a Multimedia Messaging Service to deliver your message to your customers. Multimedia Messaging Service messages are now reaching over 5 billion consumers a month, comparing with the SMS text messaging service that reaches 5 billion consumers a day. Makes investing in MMS messaging a worthwhile option for any mobile marketer.

Get your website mobile friendly! Take a look at your website on a mobile device. Don’t like what you see? Most don’t until you get your site onto a mobile-friendly platform. Look at your content management system to see if it offers a mobile plugin, or talk to a local digital advertising agency to build a solution for you. Either way, it is important to make your site look professional and engaging on mobile devices!

Keep track of what your competition is doing. Are your competitors sending out messages on their customers’ mobile phones? Find out what kind of techniques they are using. If your competitors do not have a website that can be easily accessed via cell phone, this could be your chance to steal some of their customers.

To conclude, it is no secret that you are concerned about your performance when it comes to mobile marketing and this is for a variety of good reasons. Hopefully the information contained above in this article will either give you a different perspective or new ideas on how to best implement your plan.

That’s why Simply Headphones offer a large range of headphones – a model to suit almost every budget! From the big brands like Skullcandy to the cheaper, generic iPhone headphones, they stock it all. So next time you’re left looking for a new pair of headphones, ensure you check out what they have on offer.

The uses for headphones for the iPhone go far beyond just listening to music. iPhone 4 headphones for example reset old stereotypes of what earphones should and shouldn’t do – quite simply they took things to a whole new level. The fact they incorporated a volume control function was a fantastic addition for a lot of people who use this feature on a daily basis. The fact the headphones allow you to enable the voice control function on your iPhone, is also a much loved characteristic.

If you haven’t used the voice control function your iPhone earphones before, perhaps now is the time to check it out and see how it can help you. Perhaps the most convenient time to start using the voice control feature is when you’re driving. Not having to lay a finger on your phone to make and receive calls means that you’ll stay above the law at all times. Now, to make a call all you have to do is squeeze the volume button on your iPhone 4 earphones, until the voice control function activates. Once activated, it’s a case of saying what you’d like to do – for example “call Mum”. If you have a contact saved in your iPhone address book under Mum, it will call that contact for you. If not, you can always dial a new number, purely by saying it out loud to your iPhone.

It’s clear that iPhone headphones are handy to have, but what many people don’t realize is that there are many different types of them out there. From expensive brands to cheaper ones – there’s a massive choice. If you’re someone who likes to listen to music often, perhaps you’ll want to invest in a more expensive pair of iPhone earphones with superior sound quality. If you’re someone who just listens to music now and again, or only uses your headphones as a hands-free kit, you’ll probably be perfectly fine with a generic paid of headphones with a mic on.

For all of your iPhone headphones needs you definitely need to check out Simply Headphones. The name is deceiving because they stock so much more than just earphones too! For cheap iPhone earphones and lots, lots more try Simply Headphones today.

People are having an increasingly intimate relationship with their smartphones, according to a new study by Ipsos/OTX on mobile consumers presented at TheWrap’s media leadership conference, TheGrill.

If computers are our sages and televisions are our jesters, Ipsos OTX President Bruce Friend said iPhones and Androids are our lovers.

“It’s almost always turned on. It never leaves you. You have an intimate relationship with it,” Friend said.

The intensity of the attraction has helped smart phones reach a critical mass. Currently, 47 percent of 4,000 people surveyed by the research marketing firm have a smartphone.

By the end of 2012, that number should rise to 70 percent.

That’s critical for entertainment companies, because users are increasingly using their phones to play video games and watch shows.

Indeed, smartphone users spend 30 percent more on media and entertainment content than their peers.

Eighty-seven percent of smartphone users spend 13 minutes a day connecting to social networking sites, 55 percent use their mobile devices to spend 2 minutes a day reading about entertainment and news, and 71 percent spend 12 minutes a day playing games.

Pity poor pornography. Three percent of users spend only about a minute a day accessing adult entertainment.

It’s also a crucial platform for drumming up viewership and interest in movies and television.

Eighty-eight percent of those surveyed said they would switch channels to watch a program if they got a recommendation from a friend. Eighty-two percent said they would look up more information about the program.

But smartphones’ dominance may be waning.

Though tablets currently only have roughly 20 to 25 percent penetration, Friend expects that number to quickly increase.

“The tablet is rapidly becoming a companion or even a competitor to the smartphone,” Friend said.

“Tablets reduce smartphone as entertainment devices. The tablet will take the place of that,” he added.

Tablets, Friend said, are quickly replacing the laptop as the mobile device users favor to take with them, to access email on the run, and to stream content on the go.

Whether on iPhone or iPad, the importance of apps cannot be overstated for content makers. For instance, 80 percent of users are accessing Facebook via its app versus 72 percent through its website and Youtube fans access 44 percent via the app versus 22 percent through the website.

So much money must be waisted by consumers who accept an early upgrade from their network providers just a couple of months before their contracts end.

By simply waiting untill the last 30 days of your contract and then writing to your current provider advising them you are going to leave can save you a fair amount money over the next 24 month contract. The disconections department will contact you with much better offers than available in their high street stores. Simply hold your nerve with them, tell them you are leaving and witness the monthly price come tumbling down!

Which? are almost definitely spot on on this comparing phone providers issue, but you have to question their figures a little! “ In a survey it also found that 5.3 million people said they spent less since switching mobile provider“. Come on now, did Which really survey 5.1 million people and if so, did all 5.1m people all come out with the identical answer?

Then on to the old Which? yawn subject of mobile phone insurance and there advice that you should use your home contents insurance to protect your mobile phone. Well thats fine assuming you have a home contents policy, or even a home! For those that have both, check your excess fee before adding phones to your policy, also, double check that your premium will not rocket when you renew it after a claim for a mobile phone has been made on it, or you could end up well out of pocket. Just add your excess fee together with a premium rise of several hundred pounds, you will see where I am coming from then. Just remember all policies are different, so read your terms and conditions or ask an independent financial adviser for advice.

Almost 20 million Britons have never switched mobile phone provider and could be missing out on significant savings as a result, according toWhich? Mobile. In a survey it also found that 5.3 million people said they spent less since switching mobile provider.

The organisation questioned 8,001 members of the public about their experiences when they switched provider. It found those who have been put off switching because they anticipate a lengthy and difficult process should think again, with nine out of 10 consumers finding it easy.

It said 44% of adults who own mobile phones have never switched provider, equating to about 20 million people, while 48% of adults who have switched in the past two years (about 6 million people) said they had spent less than they did with their previous provider.

Tom McLennan from Which? Mobile said: “If you have been with the same mobile provider for years, the chances are you could find a better deal elsewhere. With so many tariffs out there it pays to shop around, either through a comparison site or by checking out what different networks have to offer.”

A quarter (26%) of those who switched provider did so for a more competitive tariff, Which? said, with only 16% switching for a better handset and 14% seeking a provider that offered improved coverage and reception.

Which? Mobile also found that for pay monthly customers phone features are the most important factor when choosing a new handset, with recommendations from retailers or providers of little significance. For pay-as-you-go customers the cost of the handset is the deciding factor.

The organisation also said a “surprising” statistic was that nine out of 10 people still go to a mobile phone store to choose a new phone rather than using online comparison sites – despite Which? also finding that most mobile salespeople push phone insurance – something it regularly flags as a waste of money because consumers’ handsets are (or can be) covered by their home insurance.

Indeed, mobile phone insurance featured in Which?’s top 10 useless financial products last year.

In a previous survey on mobile phones, Which? said Asda Mobile and Tesco Mobile came top among pay-as-you-go providers, while the best contract and sim-only provider for customer service was Tesco, followed by O2.

Net income rose to 15.9 million pounds ($26.2 million), or 9.34 pence per share, during the six months ended June 30, from 11.8 million pounds, or 7.29 pence per share, a year earlier, the York, U.K.-based company said today in a statement on the Regulatory News Service.

It’s unclear when an investigation into the company’s U.K. products by the Financial Services Authority will be completed, CPP said. Revenue increased 10 percent, to 172.1 million pounds, from a year earlier.

“The Group delivered another good revenue performance in the first half of 2011, albeit that costs and lost revenues as a result of the ongoing FSA investigation in the U.K. have impacted profitability,” Chief Executive Officer Eric Woolley said in the statement. “Our international businesses continued to develop well.”

This quite often occurs when someone has lost or damaged their mobile phone and belive that it may not be covered by thier insurance policy. Many may not realise, but by claiming the phone was stolen, they will have to report this to the police to get a incident reference number. So risking a criminal record and perverting the course of justice for a new mobile phone? Hardley seems worth it …

Read the Guardians article below:

Insurers uncovered 133,000 fraudulent insurance claims worth £919m in 2010, meaning the public registered 2,500 fake claims every week – a rise of 9% on 2009, according to figures from the Association of British Insurers. It said the number and value of detected insurance frauds had risen by more than 100% over the past five years.

Fraudulent claims cost the insurance industry an estimated £2bn a year, adding an average £44 a year to the insurance bill for every UK policyholder. The scale of the problem has provoked insurers to set up an insurance fraud register early next year, which will contain details of insurance cheats.

The most common frauds involved home insurance with 66,000 bogus or exaggerated claims discovered by insurers, followed by 40,000 dishonest motor insurance claims. Motor frauds were the most costly, totalling £466m.

The ABI said one claim for back injuries sustained from a fall while working in a nightclub was rejected when Facebook images showed the claimant performing gymnastics and training for a charity run.

A woman’s claim for facial injuries she said resulted from a falling toilet roll holder in a fast food outlet was rejected when it was shown that the holder would have had to have fallen upwards to cause the injury.

A claim for injury said to be caused by falling over a wall was rejected when it was proved that there was no wall at the scene of the alleged incident.

Nick Starling, the ABI’s director of general insurance and health, said: “Fraudsters continually look for new ways to con insurers, so we are upping our game. Early next year, we will be setting up a national insurance fraud register, which will contain details of all known insurance cheats. And at the same time the first ever national police insurance fraud investigation unit will begin its operations, making it harder than ever to commit insurance fraud.”

Glen Marr, director of the Insurance Fraud Bureau said the organisation wanted consumers to report anyone they suspected of committing insurance fraud via its Cheatline: “At the IFB, we have access to a significant volume of industry data, use sophisticated and powerful analytical software, work in partnership with insurers, law enforcement and regulators, and have no shortage of reports being received from consumers of their knowledge or suspicions of those concerned with defrauding the industry, through our Cheatline facility.

“It’s important to underline that some of those concerned with insurance fraud are also involved in criminal activities where there is harm to local communities.”

But there are a couple of points you may want to check out before you purchase a new policy online, to make sure you are getting great value for money and the cover you need to protect your handset from most incidents.

Some insurers will provide cover for both theft and loss, already built into the policy, however, other providers let you select whether you want loss cover included in the policy.

Personally speaking, loss one of the major factors for me insuring my mobile in the first place, so I would always make sure loss cover would be included in any mobile phone insurance policy I purchased.

The despicable phone hacking scandal from the News of the World was, very simply put, reporters obtaining ones mobile phone number by whatever means available and carrying out phishing attacks on that handsets voice mail box in the hope they would get lucky and unfortunately, they did get lucky far too many times. You can be sure that your mobile phone insurance will not cover you from the kinds of loss some of these reporters may cause.

So how can you make your mobile phone more secure?

Well there are several ways to do this, the most extreme, but most secure method is to simply turn your mail box feature off, and then there is no mail box to be hacked into. Personally, I turned my mail box off over a year ago and have never looked back. The handset itself will keep a list of missed calls, so you can decide to call these people back if you want to hear from them!

If you have no intention of turning your mail box off, then there are still a couple of simple steps you can take to make your mail box far more secure with very little work.

Firstly and foremost, change your PIN number from the default given to you by your network provider, as you can be sure something like 0000 or 1234 will be the first numbers any hackers would try making use of. Secondly, avoid using your date of birth or that of any of your family, as hackers may have access to these dates and you can be sure they will be giving them a try.

Another tip to keep your mail box safe would be to limit the size of the mail box to keep just a few messages in it. Hand in hand with limiting the size of your mail box would be to delete messages as soon as you have listened to them, rather than keeping a library of content for any would be hacker to get their hand on.

You will probably find in the near future that mobile phone networks will no longer offer a default PIN number and you will be required to choose a secure PIN number before you can activate a new voice mail box.

You cannot simply dial Information and inquire about a mobile phone number as they are usually not listed in directories. Lately, you can call and ask a company for a trace of a phone number but a fee will be charged for the service or search. However, not much information can be given. Many methods can be used at the moment to trace a mobile phone number for free.

Simple Search on the Internet – This is the simplest way to trace a mobile phone number for free. The mobile phone number is entered on the search site and some information about the mobile number will be obtained for free. The internet is a storage of vast information and the mobile phone number could be listed for many reasons thus it is likely to work well. People may forget or not know for what reason their number is listed on the web and it might be on any site such as a network site or a business site.
